Our managing director is Leiv Helge Kaldheim and our professional lead is Birgitte Amalie Liknes, both MNEF estate agents. Together with partners Jan Erik Østbø, Bjørn Eivind Thorbjørnsen and Sindre Steinsnes Mehus — and agents Elisabeth Marvik, Vetle Høystad Rødje and Sivert Velde Rasmussen — we are a team that sells everything from city flats to mountain cabins.

Our portfolio is mainly attractive properties on Haugalandet and in Sunnhordland — and not least holiday homes in the mountains and by the sea, plus commercial and new-build sales.
